The Vinchef Nonstick Saute Pan is suitable for use on induction, gas, ceramic, electric, and halogen stoves. Before the first use, it's recommended to wash the pan with warm soapy water, sprinkle it with oil, distribute the oil evenly with a sponge, and heat the pan on the stove for about 3 minutes to absorb the oil (be careful not to ignite it). Then, clean the pan with kitchen paper to remove any excess oil.

The pan's cast aluminum material makes it lighter than a cast-iron pot, and the even wall thickness (0.25 inches) and flat bottom ensure even and quick heating. The 3-layer ceramic reinforcement provides excellent abrasion resistance and long-lasting performance.
